Before apply police report form online you need to consider following things.
- Your need to matched your photo with given sample (Photo size will be above 50 KB, Passport Size, JPEG Format).
- In Address section, you need to upload your address same as your Citizenship.
- In Passport applied address section, In your passport page number 3; where you see seal (छाँप) there is an address where you apply your passport.
- and last one you have to your email address. (e.g. abc@gmail.com, abc@yahoo.com or any one email)
After than you need to go Nepal Police Web site (Website).
And go to the Bottom of the page, find the ‘Police Clearance Report‘ Under this you can find ‘Apply Online‘ or Click Here.
Click On Apply Online and on your screen will appear following display;
If you have an account Enter your Email address and Passport and then click on ‘LOGIN‘.
OR
If you are goring to first time apply Please Create your Account for this Click on ‘REGISTER‘
Before Signup there will be appear one Question ‘Who are you? ‘ and option will be
- I am Nepali
- I am Foreigner
- I am Refugee
Click on First one for Nepalese People and Click second one for Foreigners. then on your screen will appear following display.
Documents Required For Nepali Applicant
- User Image.
- If the applicant is below 16 years, Minor Certificate is required.
- If the applicant is above 16 years, Citizenship Certificate is required.
- If the applicant wants to register along with spouse’s name, Marriage Certificate is required.
- If the applicant has moved his residence recently, Address Verification Document (Basai Sarai) is required.
- If the applicant is applying for Visa Purpose, Passport Document is required.
- If the applicant is living in foreign country, Departure Document is required.
Fill-up the following field and click on ‘REGISTER‘
then system will send you your temporary password on your email address or Phone Number.
Enter your Email address and temporary password and change your temporary password (password most be content one special character and number e.g. P@ssword123).
Then Login on system with your email address and recent change password
And fill-up all the empty field with your document.
Note: In Address Section there are two option ‘OLD System Address’ and ‘NEW address’ you can choose based on your citizenship address, and some time old address will not work you can choose new address system.
