    • Shall be liable to the punishment with a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand rupees or with an imprisonment not exceeding two or with both
  • Submission or display false license or certificate:
    • Without license: Fine not exceeding one hundred thousand rupees or with an imprisonment not exceeding two year or with both depending
    • Fake License: one hundred thousand rupees in the case where the act referred to sub section (1)
